2008 Trinity
Red blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Native yeast fermentation.  Aged 22 months in neutral french oak barrels. Blended at bottling. Unfined and unfiltered.  Dark ruby color. Fruit forward well balanced with bright acidity and a long smokey finish. Pairs well with rich red meats, game and Duck. 123 cases produced

2010 Riesling
This 100% Riesling  is made Dry without any residual sweetness. Pressed directly into a 55 gal. stainless steel barrel. Native yeast fermentation Aged for 9 months and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Staw yellow color. Citrus notes, nice minerallity and sharp knife like acidity. Great food wine and palate cleanser. 23 cases produced.

2010 Chardonnay
Fermentation in neutral french oak for 8 months. Native yeast fermentation. Unfined and unfiltered. Pale golden color. Green apple fruit, bright minerality with crisp acidity. Pairs well with butter or cream dishes, and seafood. 73 cases produced
